Sharing knowledge: Together with our employees and partners we develop internal and external workshops and seminars on international communication. Students of the University of Hannover and the International School of Management (ISM), the participants of workshops at associations like bwcon and Spectaris as well as educational institutions like Management Circle benefit from our expertise. See what's new.

Extending strengths: We help young people to recognize their individual strengths and open their horizons with courage. With our trainee programme we support domestic and foreign students as well as young professionals in gaining practical experiences in an intercultural and dynamic communication environment. We give students an insight into the daily work in the creative industry and voluntarily support the Wirtschaftsjunioren. We also coach young entrepreneurs like the founders of Delphit.
